제목 Solution processed CIGS thin films for solar cell applications
초록 In order to fabricate CIGS thin film solar cells cost effectively solution processed CIGS thin film preparation has been attracted much attention. In spite of several successful demonstrations most solution based methods resulted in low solar cell performance to date. Among the many issues of solution processed CIGS thin films we address several challenges such as residual carbon impurities, grain size, surface roughness, degree of porosity, etc. In addition, to study on the hierarchy of importance among the various factors and to suggest potential solutions we introduce two types of solution pastes and multi-step heating process. The details of experimental, thin film characterizations, and solar cell applications will be discussed in the presentation.
