New type of adrenalin derivatives were synthesized through the reaction of catecholmethylenechloroacetone with polyglucosamine and glucosamine in presence of DMFand treatment of K2CO3. the resulting substituted adrenalin derivatives(I,II) was characterized by high solubility in common polar acidic solvents. We considered adrenalin derivatives were useful especially for hemostatic agent drugs.
