제목 | Development Electrochemical DNA Biosensor based on a Mercaptoalkanoic Acid modified Gold surface for Early Detection of Influenza A (H1N1) |
초록 | This study describes an electrochemical biosensor for the detection of short DNA oligonucleotide of the swine influenza virus (H1N1) with sequence 5-TTC GAC CTC GGT TAG AAG ACT CAT-3. To fabricate this DNA biosensor, first, gold nanoparticles have been attached onto glassy carbon electrode. Gold nanoparticles can greatly promote the direct electron transfer between DNA and the modified glassy carbon electrode. Second, the gold surface was modified with biotinylated probe DNA which has a sequence complementary to the target DNA by the use of COOH-functionalized thiol mono-layers, 3-mercaptopropionic acid or 11-mercaptoundecanoic acid, as the anchor layers. The prepared E-DNA biosensor was evaluated after hybridization of probe DNA and target DNA using cyclic voltammetry (CV). Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was also used to study the interfacial properties of the electrode with Fe(CN)63−/4−as the redox molecules. |
