There are many types of capacitor, such as EDLC, hybrid capacitor, redox capacitor. Among them, hybrid capacitor has high operating voltage and high capacity. So, we studied hybrid capacitor by using CNT coated Lithium titanium oxide (LTO, Li4Ti5O12) with active material. But the device has high resistance. To decrease resistance, we focused on electrolyte of hybrid capacitor. We used some kinds of electrolyte such as acetonitrile(ACN), propylene carbonate(PC), and ethylene carbonate/dimethyl carbonate(EC/DMC). We measure electrochemical characteristics through Impedance, CV and charge discharge tests. |
