제목 Ester derivatives from enzyme–treated Prunioside A and their anti-inflammatory activities
초록 Prunioside A, isolated from Spiraea prunifolia var. Simpliciflora’s root, is composed of coumaroyl, monoterpene-type, and glucosyl units. The esterase activity of beta-glucosidase and tannase were used to derive ester derivatives. The enzyme-hydrolyzed compounds reacted with various acyl chlorides to yield its ester derivatives, which revealed different NO inhibitory effects depending on the substituent. The structure versus physiological activity relationship is the main focus in this presentation.
