제목 Enhancement in Open Circuit Voltage of Donor-acceptor Copolymer for Organic Solar Cells
초록 Polymer solar cells have a variety of advantages which are flexibility, low-cost solution process, light-weight and large-scale fabrication. Donor-acceptor copolymers with strong electron withdrawing units in organic photovoltaics lead to low HOMO levels which are desired in order to improve open circuit voltage(Voc). In this study, the copolymer with a strong electron withdrawing unit was synthesized by Stille coupling reaction. The synthesized polymer was characterized by 1H-NMR, GPC, UV-visible spectroscopy and cyclic voltammogram, and the fabricated devices were measured under 100 mW/cm2 irradiation.
