The advancement of future technology requires the component materials to have well-defined functionalities and structures. In this presentation, design, synthesis, and performance of block copolymers for functional nanomaterials will be discussed. In detail, cylindrical brush polymers controlled in chemical compositions and morphologies were developed for negative- and positive-tone photoresist.
