제목 Preparation and characteristics of two-component GAP-based energetic thermoset polyurethane elastomer
초록 Two-component energetic thermoset polyurethane elastomer (ETSE) were prepared by blending various types of polyol and isocyanate terminated glycidyl azide prepolymer, which were obtained by solvent free urethane reaction of glycidyl azide polyol (GAP) with various types of isocyanate. Glycidyl azide polyol was prepared by azidation reaction of polyepichlorohydrin, which was polymerized via cationic ring opening polymerization, with sodium azide at 100℃ for 12h. Molecular weight of GAP was analyzed by GPC. Thermal properties and curing behavior of ETSE were investigated by DSC and FT-IR.
