In this study, we synthesized 1,3-dibuthyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate, [DBI]+[BF4]-, and 1,3-dibuthyl imidazolium hexafluorophosphate, [DBI]+[PF6]-, as electrolyte supporters. The solubility of the V(acac)3 to organic electrolytes with supporters was examined. Here, organic electrolytes were composed as binary or ternary system. The redox property of the V(acac)3 with different concentration in binary and ternary system also evaluated by CV, respectively. The vanadium redox flow battery performance was done in binary and ternary system with the different V(acac)3 as energy storage chemicals. |
