제목 Preparation of Tunable Fluorescent Multifunctional Poly(styrene-co-methacrylic acid)/Au-Aphen Hybrid Nanoparticles via Surface Immobilization
초록 Tunable fluorescent multifunctional polymer/metal hybrid nanoparticles were fabricated by immobilizing the Au-Aphen on the surface of poly(St-co-MAA) nanoparticles. Au-Aphen cationic complex was absorbed on the surface of poly(St-co-MAA) nanoparticles by using electrostatic interactions between polymeric anion and metal cation and then metalized by reduction process. Thus, the functionalized metal nanoparticles can be immobilized onto the surface of polymer nanoparticles to modify significantly their properties. Infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and spectrofluorophotometer were used to characterize the nanostructures. These hybrid nanoparticles exhibited the fluorescent properties under UV irradiation at 365 nm. Furthermore, fluorescent property of hybrid nanoparticle can be tuned precisely by changing the concentration of Aphen functionalized gold nanoparticles on the surface of poly(St-co-MAA) nanoparticle.
