제목 The hydrogen sensor based on silver nanoparticles decorated graphene
초록 A composite nano-material was prepared from graphene and silver nanoparticles by UV-reduction method. Graphene was synthesized by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and exposed on oxygen plasma with various conditions such as exposure time, input power and distance. The graphene decorated with Ag nanoparticles (graphene/Ag) was characterized by Raman spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and XPS. Graphene/Ag was utilized as a transducer for hydrogen sensing application at room temperature. The hydrogen sensor based on graphene/Ag showed enhanced sensitivity, rapid response time and efficient reproducibility.
