제목 Immobilization of Chiral Diamine Complexes into Nanoporous Materials and its Benefit for Asymmetric Synthesis of Chiraly Pure β-Hydroxy Nitroalkanes
초록 Incorporation of chiral complex onto solid support is one of the promising aspects to bring the homogeneous reaction to heterogeneous reaction with other advantages of this particular system. In this study, we have successfully encapsulated chiral copper(II) complexes of secondary bisamines derived from 1,2-diaminocyclohexaneand substituted benzaldehyde into the cavities of different zeolites and mesoporous silica. These catalysts were characterized by various physicochemical techniques and employed for enantioselective nitroaldol reaction of aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes. Excellent yield (99%) of benzaldehyde with up to 94% enantioselectivity was achieved forming the corresponding -hydroxy nitroalkanes.
