Facile Preparation of Biocompatible Carbon Quantum Dots using Microwave Irradiation |
초록 |
A biocompatible silk fibroin-based carbon quantum dot (SF-CQD) was first synthesized under microwave irradiation for a short time. This fast and green technique produced well-defined nano-size SF-CQDs with a good crystallinity, a strong emission peak in the blue-color region, high quantum yield, and various functional groups on the surface. Stable emission, good water dispersity, low toxicity, and good biocompatibility demonstrated the great potential of as-prepared SF-CQDs to be used for bioimaging and biosensing. |
