제목 THE 2D PEROVSKITE MATERIALS FOR RGB SELECTIVE PHOTODETECTORS
초록 The 2D organic-inorganic perovskite materials are appropriate for narrow-band photodetector device applications. The photodetector with absorbing specific wavelength range can be used in a particular specialized fields such as imaging, remote controlling, biomedical sensing, defense applications, communications, and surveillance. The 2D organic-inorganic perovskite materials can absorb incident wavelength strongly in specific range and tune the selective absorbance by mixing halide component or long and short organic cation with Ruddlensden-Popper phase. So, we found that some 2D perovskite materials show strong absorbance in wavelength of the red, green, and blue regions and fabricated the narrow-band absorbing perovskite photodetector using benzylamine organic cation in red, blue and green regions using by 2D perovskite materials.
