제목 Development of novel FDM 3D printing process for porous structure using melt-extrusion and particulate leaching
초록 Porous poly(lactic acid) was fabricated by melt-extrusion using particulate leaching method. PLA polymer with biodegradable property and biocompatible in human body, was used for polymer matrix. To introduce porous structure, calcium carbonate (CaCO3) was used as porogens. PLA pellet(natureworks 4043D) and CaCO3 were blended using single extruder. And then prepared PLA-CaCO3 filaments were printed using fused deposition modeling (FDM) 3D printer. Finally, the porous structures were foamed by particulate leaching method in HCl aqueous solution. CaCO3 particles were leached out to obtain a porous structure. Also, the effect of porogen ratios and pore morphology were investigated using thermos gravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and porosimeter.
