제목 Preparation and release behaviors of temperature-sensitive injectable nanoparticles
초록 The amphiphilic copolymers composed of chitosan and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) forms the nanoparticles depending on temperature change.

In aqueous condition, chitosan and PNIPAAm chain are both hydrophilic, whereas above the lower critical solution temperature (LCST), PNIPAAm chain becomes hydrophobic. Result that the amphiphilic copolymers forms self-assembled nanoparticles. The properties of PNIPAAm play an important role in controlling the loading and release process. Therefore, it is possible to develop novel injectable drug carriers.
