제목 | Synthesis of Liposome Containing Specific Functional Site |
초록 | In order to develop targeting drug delivery system, we synthesized liposome containing specific functional site. For the aim of this study, we prepared a phosphatidyl ethanol amine lipid with biotin (PEB) as specific functional site and also fabricated the liposome consisted of the lipid (PEB), hydrogenated soy phosphatidylcholine (HSPC), cholesterol. For characterization of the synthesized liposome branched with biotin, NMR, IR and DLS were applied in this study. Particle size of the liposome with biotin as functional site was around 200 ㎚. To identify the attachment of specific antibody on liposome branched with biotin, we added the avidin-FITC as model target site. The liposome showed the fluorescence after purification, indicating the interaction of biotin-avidine. Acknowledgement: This work was supported by KK-0302-BO. |
