제목 Fabrication of organic photovoltaic cells by Doctor blading method
초록 Recently, bulk hetero-junction cells have been studied by many researchers. In this study, we deposited organic films by Doctor blade. The buffer layer was PEDOT:PSS aqueous dispersion and the active material is P3HT and PCBM blend in the solvent of Chlorobenzene. The cell structure is ITO substrate / PEDOT:PSS / P3HT:PCBM / LiF / Al. PEDOT:PSS is a water-based solution, thus the water bubbles could be formed easily during post-annealing, and may deteriorate the film quality. In order to remove the water bubbles, we baked the samples at 120℃ for 10 minute and carried out N2 purging with about 20 bar for 1 minute. After annealing the sample with buffer layer / active layer at 150℃ for 30 minutes, Voc (0.64 V), Jsc (7.77 mA/cm2), and PCE (2.7%) were measured. Also the solar cell having total area of 100 cm2 was fabricated by Doctor blade. In this case, the active area was 71 cm2 and the measured Isc, Voc, fill factor, and PCE were 2.95 A, 5.86 V, 0.32, and 0.78%, respectively.
