제목 The effect of stabilization temperature on densification of carbon/carbon composite
초록 In this study, we have prepared carbon/carbon composite using various stabilization temperature of impregnated preform. In the fabrication of carbon/carbon composite by mesophase pitch injection through a needle punched preform. The effect of stabilization temperature has been investigated from apparent density, real density and field emission scanning electron microscope. Real density of carbon/carbon composite is increased in proportion to stabilization temperature of carbon/carbon composite. The real density of carbon/carbon composites are measured to be from 1.824 g/cm3 to 1.844 g/cm3, in the stabilization temperature from 140 to 170 ℃.
