제목 Preparation of redox- and thermo-sensitive hyaluronic acid nanoparticles using facile thiol exchange reaction
초록 Stimuli sensitive copolymers that could self-assemble and respond to external stimuli have attracted much attention in drug delivery because of their ability to control the encapsulation and release of the entrapped guest molecules. In this regard, polymers with more than one stimulus could provide better controllability. In the present study, redox- and thermo-sensitive poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide)-graft-hyaluronic acid block copolymer was prepared using facile thiol exchange reaction. The resulting polymer was characterized using 1H-NMR, and their stimuli sensitive characteristics were studied in detail using dynamic light scattering, transmission electron microscopy, and absorption spectroscopy.
