제목 A novel cationic moiety incorporated PLGA nanocapsules for Transdermal drug delivery
초록 In order to improve the skin permeability of negatively charged drugs like genistein, the cationic moiety incorporated polymer nanocapsules were suggested as a drug carrier. Negatively charged drugs were successfully loaded in the nanocapsules by ionic conjugation between negatively charged drugs and incorporated cationic groups. The genistein loaded poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) nanocapsules were effectively penetrated through the skin without causing side effects. Size and morphology of nanoparticles, genistein loading efficiency, a quantity of amine, toxicity of aminated PLGA, the In-vitro drug release, and zeta potential were investigated. In-vitro and In-vivo skin penetration tests were also carried out to demonstrate the improved skin permeability of the genistein loaded PLGA nanocapsules.
