제목 Preparation and properties of polyol acrylate oligomers based on polyesterpolyol, polyetherpolyol, and polycarbonatepolyol
초록 Generally, polyol acrylates oligomer showed excellent physical and mechanical properties, such as good adhesion to various substrates, high flexibility, and excellent impact strength. Polyol acrylates oligomer employing a variety of polyol (polyester, polyether, and polycarbonate) were prepared by the first reaction of isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and seconed reaction of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylae (HEMA) or EO-modified isocyanurate diacrylae (EICDA). Attenuated total reflectance (ATR) spectroscopy was confirmed to investigate their chemical structure, and their thermal stability were identified with Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) & Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). We’ll discuss the water vapor permeability and mechanical property of polyol acrylates oligomer for waterproof protective film applications.
