Generally, polyol acrylates oligomer showed excellent physical and mechanical properties, such as good adhesion to various substrates, high flexibility, and excellent impact strength. Polyol acrylates oligomer employing a variety of polyol (polyester, polyether, and polycarbonate) were prepared by the first reaction of isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and seconed reaction of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylae (HEMA) or EO-modified isocyanurate diacrylae (EICDA). Attenuated total reflectance (ATR) spectroscopy was confirmed to investigate their chemical structure, and their thermal stability were identified with Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) & Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). We’ll discuss the water vapor permeability and mechanical property of polyol acrylates oligomer for waterproof protective film applications. |
