제목 A Facile and Rapid Synthesis of Polythiophene Nanoparticles with High Conductivity
초록 Transparent conducting film was prepared by using polythiophene nanoparticles. Polythiophene (PT) was synthesized via Fe3+-catalyzed oxidative polymerization in aqueous medium. Poly(styrene sulfonic acid) was used for particle formation and stability of dispersion. Especially, we were investigated the effect of reaction temperature with particle size and the film properties. Also, PT-based transparent conducting film was fabricated by bar coating and annealing. The reaction time and conductivity were adjusted by reaction temperature and proved by a weight conversion and 4-point prove method. Particle size and morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Transparency of film and conductivity was analyzed by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and surface resistance meter, respectively.
