제목 Thermal characterization of PAN and pitch-based carbon fibers according to various heat treatments
초록 The crystallization, exothermic, and electrochemical properties of PAN/pitch-based carbon fibers (CFs) with various temperatures were studied. The CFs were prepared from stabilized PAN and pitch-based carbon fibers at 500℃, 700℃, 900℃, and 1100℃ with 60 min. The surface and structural properties of the CFs were determined by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. The electrical conductivity was obtained by measuring the surface resistance with 4-pin probe method. The thermal properties of the CFs were studied by thermal conductivity measuring system.
