제목 Functional polymer covered magnetic nano particles for MR imaging and photothermal transducer of cancer cells
초록 As the field of theranosis has emerged from the converging of therapy with medical imaging, nanoparticle mediated theranosis are increasingly highlighted due to their high therapeutic effectiveness and diagnostic sensitivity. Especially, imaging guided photothermal ablation therapy has gain popularity recently because a specific amount of photoenergy is delivered directly into the tumor mass without side effects. Herein, we introduced a new class of organic-inorganic hybrid nanoparticles for imaging guided localized therapy. In detail, inorganic super-paramagnetic nanoparticles were embedded inside organic polyaniline matrix which enabled both MR iamging and NIR illuminated therapy under intracelluar acidic/oxidative conditions. Fabricated nanoparticles are successfully investigated and We believe that this nanoparticle can be further developed as a cancer diagnostic as well as NIR activable therapy of metastatic cancer cells.
