제목 Fabrication of Large Area Slot-Die Printed Organic Photovoltaic Modules
초록 During the past several years, a lot of efforts to develop the large area organic photovoltaic cells have been attempted through the printing process. In the paper, we report the large area organic photovoltaic modules having low series resistance and high fill factor were fabricated by slot-die printing process. We designed and fabricated consecutively connected OPV modules with variation of dimension and number of pixels. As a result, almost 4% of PCE can be obtained from slot-die printed OPV module (120X120 mm2) using a mixture of low bandgap donor polymer and PCBM as a photoactive layer with a Voc of 9 V and a fill factor of 0.51 under illumination of 100 mW/cm2 of 1.5G simulated light. We will discuss and compare the performance of printed OPV modules using various kinds of photoactive materials.
