제목 Effect of dispersion conditions on the secondary dispersion of cerium oxide nanoparticles
초록 Common polishing powder is mostly divalent and tetravalent metal oxides, such as iron, aluminium, cerium, titanium, etc., of which cerium-based rare earth polishing powder is known as the best polishing material, with moderate hardness, high polishing efficiency, good polishing quality, long service life and clean operating environment and other points, widely used in the field of polishing products such as television picture tubes, spectacle lenses, integrated circuit boards. Powder dispersion in water by electrostatic gravitational force, van der Waals force, particle capillary force, very easy to occur secondary agglomeration. In order to find a method that can efficiently disperse cerium oxide nanoparticles, this study investigated the effects of different dispersants, pH values and dispersion media on the secondary dispersion of cerium oxide particles. The specimens were characterised using zeta potential and zeta particle size analyser.
