Effect of large interfacial area for ionic polymer-metal composite(IPMC) actuator |
초록 |
IPMC have been discussed in the point of various types such as sensors and actuators. In this study, we prepared the nanostructured polymer electrolyte using highly well ordered porous anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) templates by nano-imprint method to obtain high interfacial area between polymer electrolyte and electrode which could induce a greater bending performance. Both sides of Nafion was annealed with the highly well ordered AAO templates, and the treated Nafion/AAO assembly was etched by a acid solution to remove AAO, and then was reduced platinum layer onto the treated Nafion by chemical reduction of Pt complex impregnated in the membrane. The prepared IPMC was characterized by the FE-SEM, double layered charge current and a laser displacement sensor. |
