제목 Preparation of Heterostructured NiO nanosheets/mesoporous TiN Film for Energy Storage System
초록 We firstly reported the incorporation of mesoporous TiN film with pseudocapacitive materials (Nickel oxide) for supercapacitor. Formation of pores was induced by micro-phase separation of PVC-g-POEM graft copolymer and selective interaction with titanium precursor (TTIP). The well-defined porous structure of meso-TiN could provide large surface area and facilitate the ion diffusion. High conductivity of meso-TiN film was also expected to enhance electron transport property of overall electrode. The NiO-NS showed porous structure because it was synthesized by agglomeration of tiny nickel oxide nanoparticles during hydrolysis process. The NiO-NS/meso-TiN electrode exhibited a pair of redox peaks during CV measurements, representing reversible redox reaction between Ni2+ and Ni3+. The synergetic effects of NiO-NS and meso-TiN film showed a high specific capacitance with excellent capacitance retention.
