제목 Effect of Electric Field to Foramidinium Lead Halide Perovskite Quantum Dots to their Material and Photophysical Properties
초록 Organic-inorganic hybrid perocskites have been used in many photoelectrochemical cells, such as solar cells, display, hydrogen evolution, materials that emit light or electricity and so on. All these devices needs to apply electrical field to test their performance. However, as the perovskites have high polarity as handled to “soft materials”, electric field induced transformation process is inevitable. In this work, we studied the role of electric fields in how these electric fields actually affect this perovskite, especially FAPbX3 (formamidinium lead halide) perovskite quantum dots, to their modulations of photophysical properties.
