제목 Sensitive SERS probes based on nanogap control using Au–Ag alloy on silica nanoparticles
초록 Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is considerable interest effect for bioanalytical and imaging applications and in environmental monitoring as ultrasensitive and selective analytical technique. We synthesized SERS probes using silver growth onto gold nanoparticle (NP) seeds method based on SiO2@Au@Ag NPs. We developed the facile method to detect chemicals sensitively, the method is to prepare nanogap including Au-Ag NPs on the surface of silica NPs. To synthesize the SiO2@Au@Ag NPs, the Au NPs mediated Ag growth method was used. The SERS intensity of SiO2@Au@Ag NPs were confirmed 4-aminothiophenol (ATP) as a Raman chemical. The results of SERS of the NPs was narrow gaps between two Ag NPs of the probes. The E-field at the gaps was enhanced and the NPs indicated strong Raman signals. The SiO2@Au@Ag NPs utilized for quantitative detection for show quantity of chemicals in various fields and can be applied as a sensitive SERS substrate.
