제목 Fabrication and characterization of electrically tunable ion filter utilized PTFE membrane of applied functional metal interface
초록 Functional polymer membrane has been intensively researched due to its higher functionality in separation processes for liquid and gaseous mixtures and in other important applications of membranes, such as bio-materials, catalysis production. In this study, it was investigated that the method for filtering and concentrating the selective ions for both anions and cations in NaNO3 solution, by applying functional metal interface on porous PTFE membrane. This presentation will show that the selective ions through PTFE membrane connected to a voltage source can be efficiently transported and controlled. This ion filter can be tune electrically by changing applied voltage between metal plate and PTFE-membrane. The voltage dependence on ion filtering efficiency and anion and cation transportation through membrane will be also presented systemically using proposed mechanism based on experimental results .
