제목 Development of High Efficient Adsorbent to Remove Harmful Gases Released from EPDM Elastomer
초록 Harmful gases released from elastomer composites of building materials are a cause of the indoor environmental problems such as sick house syndrome. In this study, we analyzed harmful gases from EPDM rubber of building materials and investigated efficient adsorbents. Harmful gases came from the rubber treated at 100 oC are mainly composed of sulfer, amine derivatives, and VOCs. NCB showed good efficiency among the used adsorbents such as bentonite, silica, zeolite, NSB, and NCB.
