제목 Effect of hollow spheres on the impact property of anti-fouling coating
초록 When the ship is anchored, the impact caused by collision with the quay wall is damaged the painting of the ship. For that reason, corrosion of the ship is accelerated and repainting is necessary which causes economic problems. In this study, our aim is to enhance the impact resistance of AF-paint(Anti-fouling paint) by mixing low density and high-strength hollow spheres. The effect of six different types of hollow spheres on impact properties of AF-Paint was reported. Chemical properties of mixed products were confirmed by SEM and the impact resistance was analyzed and compared by pencil hardness test.
