A case study of enhanced Raman scattering of graphene with different transfer methods |
초록 |
We report enhanced intensity of Raman scattering of graphene transferred by different methods. Graphene was grown on a copper foil by CVD methods and then transferred onto the desired substrate (SiO2/Si wafer). Polymer-assisted transferred graphene has shown enhanced intensity of Raman scattering because it has more portion of useful chemical groups for charge transfer via π-π interaction between graphene and dye molecules. The results were confirmed by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy and time resolved fluorescence measurements. |
