we demonstrate the multi-assembled organic nanotemplates via block copolymer self-assembly and then the novel patterns enable to use in various applications. First of all, block copolymer domains oriented along the prepatterned substrate or in topological confinement and next block copolymer self-assembly was performed in them, following the original block copolymer morphologies. This method will provide quite different patterns from those of PS-b-PMMA diblock copolymer |
