제목 Thermal Properties of Graphene Nanomesh from Block-copolymer Lithography
초록 Graphene is a monolayer of carbon atoms arranged in a two-dimensional honeycomb structure, which exhibits tremendously high electrical and thermal conductivity within an atomic thickness. To control the electric bandgap and thermal properties of the graphene, many researchers are trying to make sub-10nm scale graphene nanoribbons or graphene nanomeshes(GNMs). Especially in graphene nanomesh, due to its periodic nanoscale structure, thermoelectric property and thermal conductivity of graphene is changed because of bandgap opening and repeated phonon scattering. In this study, we fabricated GNM which has few-nano neck-widths uing self-assembly of polystyrene-block-poly(2-vinylpyridine) showed increasing maximum thermopower values up to -180mV/K lower thermal conductivity measured by the Raman shift method, which resulted from opening their electronic bandgap and less defective basal plain of graphene nanomesh.
