제목 Synthesis of Itraconazole Derivatives as an Antifugal Agent
초록 1,3-Diazole system derivatives of itraconazole are interesting biomaterial with constantly molecular size and functional group in variety of fields. Contained of aminobenzoyl-L- glutamic acid derivatives were synthesised by reaction of a series of cis-[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2-(1H-triazole-1-ylmethyl)-1,3-dioxolane-4-yl]methyl]methanesulfonate with modified of (partially contained of p-aminobenzoyl-L-glutamic acid derivatives) to give a fully substituted derivatives. The resulting substituted azole derivative was characterized by solubility in polar solvent. We considered itraconazole derivatives were examined by IR, NMR spectrophotometer in combination with a physical properties.
