제목 One-Pot Synthesis of Block Copolymer Nanoparticles with Tunable Size and Refractive Index through ROMP
초록 A one-pot synthesis of block copolymer nanoparticles through a mild ring-opening metathesis polymerization is reported. The nanoparticles are formed in situ from diblock copolymers containing poly(N-cyclohexyl-exo-norbornene-5,6-dicarboximide) (pChNDI) and a polynorbornene derivatives with unique solubility profiles in organic solvents. The size of the nanoparticles are found to be directly proportional to the overall degree of polymerization. Furthermore, controlling the composition of the block copolymers leads to changes in their refractive index in the range from 1.40 to nearly 1.65.
