제목 | N-type perylene derivatives as additives to alternatethermal treatment on high temperatureofpolymer solar cell |
초록 | Perylene derivatives have unusually high glass transition temperatures and high thermal stability in air. The rich nitrogen and oxygen heteroatoms in both polymers give rise to excellent electron accepting properties, including reversible n-type doping to high conductivity. With the concepts, by very simply incorporating a small portion of perylene derivatives, 1 and2, polymer photovoltaic cells with the configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS(30 nm)/P3HT:PCBM:1 or 2 (120 nm)/LiF (10 )/Al (100 nm) were fabricated and characterized. |
