Evaluation of Mechanical Properties of Hyaluronic Acid-Poly(ethylene oxide) Hydrogel |
| 초록 |
Characterizations of lower molecular weight hyaluronic acid hydrogel was performed after obtaining the in situ hydrogel by reacting the hyaluronic acid with poly(ethylene oxide). The mechanical properties of lower molecular weight hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel formation were better than that of high molecular weight one when we evaluated both hydrogels in terms of mechanical properties and earlier gel formation. We are currently testing their in vitro biological properties with bone cell cultures. |
