제목 Nanoscale Conducting Polymers and its Application for Glucose Sensor
초록 Nano-dots or nanotubes of polypyrrole (PPy) or poly(3,4-ethylenedioxy thiophene) (PEDOT) were directly synthesized on the patterned substrate using electrochemical method. The substrate was patterned by nanoimprinted method of anodized alumina membrane. From SEM and AFM images, the surface morphology and the form of synthesized PPy and PEDOT were observed. The diameter of the nano-dots was varied from ~ 50 nm to ~ 120 nm depending on the pore diameter. The wall thickness and the length of polymer nanotubes were ~ 30 nm and ~ 50 μm. The electrical properties of nano-dots and nanotubes were also measured from 10 K to RT. For the glucose sensors, we electrochemically synthesized the PPy and PEDOT polymers with glucose enzyme materials. These nanoscale synthesized polymers were examined its sensitivity and selectivity as glucose biosensor.
