제목 Manufacturing method of photocatalyst sol by using hydrothermal and Sol-gel synthesis
초록 We have prepared photocatalyst sol from alkoxide solutions containing TiO2 by the hydrothermal & Sol-gel synthesis. The manufacturing process of nanostructured TiO2 have been studied systematically to examine the processing parameters that control crystallite size and phase. The nanosized particles of TiO2 with a high photocatalytic activity were obtained by the hydrothermal method at 160℃ for 3h. The synthesized particles were anatase phase and could not fully dispersed. Introduction of TiO2 sol, which was derived from sol-gel process, improved dispersion behavior. The hybrid type sol was transparent and found to be very active for photocatalytic decomposition of acetaldehyde gas and methylene blue.
