제목 Improvement in wettability of pressure sensitive adhesive on thin silica wafer by silane component
초록 Modified silane component was used to improve the wetting properties of pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA). The sliane component was synthesized from the reaction between 3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate. The PSA base resin was synthesized by solution polymerization of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, and acrylic acid with AIBN as an initiator. The adhesion properties of acrylic PSA/silane blends were investigated using probe tack, peel strength, and cohesiveness tests.
