Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) is attracting attention as a next generation transparent electrode. So it needs high transmittance and conductivity. In this work, the addition process was used to control the doping level of PEDOT:PSS to improve the transmittance and conductivity. This synthesis method can control the rate of polymerization and the structure of the product by controlling the catalyst feed amount. The optical properties(transmittance), Raman spectra, AFM, TEM and electrical conductivity of the PEDOT:PSS were evaluated. As a result, we demonstrated the method of increased transmittance and electrical conductivity of PEDOT:PSS by addition process. |
