제목 Low threshold voltage operated organic thin film transistor with thin polyimide gate dielectrics
초록 Potential applications of organic thin film transistor include flexible display, radiofrequency identification (RFID) tags, and other consumer electronics. However, one of the major challenges to realize the commercialization of related products comes from their high threshold and operating voltage. One feasible approach to achieve low voltage operation in OTFTs is to use high dielectric constant materials as the gate insulators. Another method to reduce threshold voltage is to apply gate dielectric with thin film thickness. Normally gate dielectric based on organic polymer shows significant leakage current with thin film thickness. In this presentation, we report well packed thin polyimide gate dielectric which showed low threshold voltage below 5V with low leakage current.
