제목 | Non-thermal plasma process for deSOx and deNOx of industrial flue gas |
초록 | A non-thermal plasma process for the simultaneous removal of SOx and NOx from industrial flue gas has been developed and applied at an industrial incinerator. In the first phase, a pilot scale plant capable of dealing with a flue gas of 5,000 m3/h was installed. The SOx removal efficiency was found to be a strong function of ammonia concentration, while the NOx removal was greatly influenced by the energy applied to the flue gas. With this process, the SOx and NOx removal efficiencies were 90% and 60% for the flue gas. As a field application, a full-scale process for an industrial incinerator with a flue gas flow rate of 50,000 m3/h has been constructed and operated to demonstrate the possibility for the practical use of this process. |
