| 제목 | PEDOT modification for high efficiency and long lifetime in polymer light emitting diodes |
| 초록 | The performance of the polymer light emitting didoes was improved by modifying PEDOT with silane material. The efficiency and lifetime of the devices were improved greatly by silane modified PEDOT material. In additin, a silane monolayer inserted between PEDOT and light emitting layer was also effective to enhance the stability of the devices. |
