Detection of Chemical and Biological Analytes Using Nanostructured Polydiacetylene Supramolecules |
초록 |
Using the mission fluorescence change of conjugated polydiacetylene supramolecules, we demonstrated a specific chemical inclusion complex could be detected (JACS 2005, 127, 17580). In this talk, we present that such fluorescent sensor systems using convenient microarryer can be applied to biological detection (antibody-E. coli cell interaction, protein-protein interaction, and DNA hybridization) as well as chemical detection (α-cyclodextrin and formaldehyde). Such detections are high selective and sensitive. Especially, the detection limit for DNA hybridization (15 base pairs) was determined to be as low as 10 fM, even without any labeling procedure. |
