제목 Fabrications of Several Metal Oxide Composite Electrodes and Its Application to Dye Sensitized Solar Cells
초록 In order to improve the conversion efficiency and suppress the recombination processes the composite electrodes and core/shell structure have been used in the dye-sensitized solar cell. In this study, several composite electrodes were made by hydrothermal method using titanium dioxide pigment. Many properties of mixed metal oxides were proved to be better than that of pure titanium dioxide. Those include the BET specific surface area, which can prove the ability to absorb dye molecules. Also, the UV-Vis-NIR data can prove light scattering effect, and I-V curves show the performance of each electrode.
